ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon arrival

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • The size or color does not match the order

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Include original tags, packaging, and invoice


RETURN REQUEST TIMEFRAME

All return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items on sale or discounted

  • Innerwear, accessories, or hygiene-sensitive products

  • Customized or personalized items


HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To initiate a return, please contact us at:

Provide your order number, images of the product, and reason for return.

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.


REFUND PROCESS

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

If payment was made via Cash on Delivery, refund will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.


EXCHANGES

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.


RETURN SHIPPING COST

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), Rajpoot Traders will bear the return shipping cost.

  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.


DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/video evidence.


CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if they have not been processed. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
